Do I need to keep WSN open?

Sign in to WSN in the same Chrome browser and keep its connection tab open. It can stay in the background while the progress and results appear on Etsy. Signing in and opening the connection can make the first run take longer.

Where does it work?

Desktop Chrome, beside listing cards across Etsy and on individual product pages. Crossover research focuses on physical products. Chrome on phones does not support installing this extension.

Does it use an extra research allowance?

Live extension research uses the same Premium allowance as Crossover in WSN. Its background checks are part of that run. Reading your pins uses no allowance.

What information does the extension use?

It reads enough of the selected listing to identify the product you choose to research. Sign-in stays with WSN. See our extension privacy information for details.

Does a promising crossover guarantee sales?

No. Buyer signals come from bounded listing and review samples. A gap in supply is a reason to investigate, not proof of demand. Test the design, price and listing before committing to a bigger launch.
