Support

A monitored route to a real person.

Questions, problems, privacy requests and Etsy API enquiries all come to the same monitored inbox.

Primary contact

hello@whatsellsnext.com

We aim to acknowledge ordinary support requests within three UK working days. Privacy or security matters are prioritised according to their urgency.

What to include

  • What you were trying to do.
  • The wording you entered and the result you expected.
  • Your device and browser.
  • A screenshot, provided it contains no customer or sensitive information.

Never email an Etsy password, API key, payment-card number, customer address or another person's private data.

Current service limits

  • Your profile, saved build guides and progress load automatically when you return to the same account. Valid, non-conflicting work from this browser is copied after verified sign-in; a fallback remains locally until you clear browser data. If two browser copies disagree, download them or sign out to choose one. If changes cannot be saved, keep the page open and use Retry saving.
  • The customer service can be interrupted by Etsy, AI, identity, billing or hosting availability.
  • Marketplace comparisons use bounded samples and rounded extrapolations, not exact marketplace totals or competitor sales reports.
  • Recommendations and build guides require your own safety, legal and commercial judgement.

Premium subscriptions

Premium checkout is available. Stripe shows the full recurring price and payment details before you subscribe. After subscribing, open Account & billing and choose Manage or cancel subscription to update your payment method, view invoices or schedule cancellation at the end of the current paid period.

Billing status updates automatically after you return from Stripe. If Premium does not appear after a few moments, contact hello@whatsellsnext.com without including card details.

Connect or disconnect Etsy

Open the free idea check, choose Discover products, then Connect my Etsy shop. Sign in with a free account and continue to Etsy's own authorisation screen. What Sells Next requests read-only access to identify your shop and read its active listings, and never receives your Etsy password.

After connection, open Connection settings beside your maker profile and choose Disconnect and delete Etsy data. This removes the stored tokens and imported listing summary linked to your account. The deletion control below performs the same removal alongside your other service data.

Your data

Control measurement and delete your data

Free-check allowance records expire separately after 24 hours and are removed during subsequent check activity. Deleting saved work or switching off analytics does not reset your allowance.

This browser is not excluded from measurement

Exclude your own visits and testing from product statistics, Google Analytics and advertising measurement. This applies to this browser, including when you are signed out. Your other choices are kept.

Product usage measurement is off

We count product actions and approximate active accounts. We do not record search wording, planning replies or Etsy listing details as analytics.

Optional advertising measurement is not chosen

This separate choice controls Google Analytics, Google Ads and Reddit tags. Withdrawing it does not delete saved work.

The deletion option removes your account-saved profile, pinned ideas, projects, progress, personal trend reports, followed topics, current usage events, feedback and connected-shop authorisation. Shared daily trend research and service spending records are retained separately. An older tab cannot restore the deleted workspace, but another active tab could record new usage or feedback until it is closed or reloaded; close other What Sells Next tabs before deleting. Older browser-era records cannot be claimed using a browser ID. Outcome tracking is unavailable. Any older outcome records remain stored; contact hello@whatsellsnext.com to request their access or deletion.

Security reports

If you believe information has been exposed or the service can be misused, email hello@whatsellsnext.com with Security report in the subject. Do not exploit a suspected issue beyond what is needed to describe it.
